What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect your personal information including email id, first name, phone number, billing, and shipping address.
This information is used to process your order, contact you in case of query regarding the order, improve your website experience and for the legal purposes like tax etc.
We don’t send promotional offers or discount e-mails without prior consent. If you prefer not to receive such emails then please select the relevant option during the registration purpose.
We use third-party services for payments by Instamojo. The credit card details and other payment details are not stored with Artykite.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We retain information about inactive accounts for 24 months. The completed orders data is kept for 12 months, before anonymizing it. Canceled order information is maintained for 6 months. The information about pending and failed orders is kept for 7 days.
